Does look like a pretty spiffing event.
Wonder if they play cricket? _________________ So girls are officially better than robots. We're still waiting for confirmation whether they're better than pirates. Or monkeys. Or monkey pirates. |

Yay! With technology assists I might actually be able to play it.
Ask Cardinal to appraise you of my lack of bat and ball ability... _________________ So girls are officially better than robots. We're still waiting for confirmation whether they're better than pirates. Or monkeys. Or monkey pirates. |

Despite his recent good form in hitting my head for a six, this represents a blip, in what has otherwise been a lifelong devotion to sporting under achievement.
Furthermore his complete mastery of non-sporting prowess, manifests itself most visibly in Cricket. In a game where one might find at least one redeeming feature in any poor sportsman, such as the ability to throw, the ability to catch, the ability to see a ball, to even hit the ball, he is adept in being piss poor on all fronts.
In one particular cricketing memory that springs to mind, he was unable to co-ordinate movement of the legs and hands to manouvre into a catch the ball scenario. The type of catch even small children passing by would refer to as a dead cert. However this resulted in Monkey falling over backwards with straight legs and of course, not catching the ball, which promptly landed next to him. _________________ Not so much an NPC plant as I was a walking target for Rich's nasty tommy gun butchery. |

Do we trust Ollie to bring the drinks tray out then? _________________ "If it bites you - I'm not going to mince my words here - you're fucked!" - Dr. Russell Fell, professor at the Canberra Institute of Zombie Dynamics |

Don't we hire servants for that?

Anna tidied up the garden shed (AKA Dark Door Robot Construction Facility). During this purge a cardboard box with a few test spray paint samples on it, some pipelagging with bits of gaffa tape on them, and some tumble dryer ducting, all of which was on occassion refered to as Robot 9, was lost.
However!
I do intend to play Robot 9 one day. I still have the robot voice microphones and speakers, along with the flahing lights disc. Brass however (or even Brass effect) is pushing it. _________________ Not so much an NPC plant as I was a walking target for Rich's nasty tommy gun butchery. |

I'm not sure I could have coped with another Cardinal 'betrayal' on that game - although we would have all been expecting it! Surely the refs overstepped the mark on that one, I think seeing Frank in the silver gimp suit (with flashing codpiece) would have tipped me over the edge.
Although I was interested to note on your props website Rich - you made a Space Invaders coffee table??? That is all kinds of awesome! When I get a house with some space a commission will be coming your way - I gotta get me one of those! _________________ "If it bites you - I'm not going to mince my words here - you're fucked!" - Dr. Russell Fell, professor at the Canberra Institute of Zombie Dynamics |

| by the way guys, just FYI I've been told that the site they are holding it at is on clay soil and gets really really horrid muddy when it rains. The kind of mud that stains, apparently. So perhaps not the best place to take the cricket whites! |
