Sorry - I just can't let go of the idea that a Giant Octopus should have been attacking you all on the ship game at about 4pm. It was edited out by Horror John cos it was, in his words "rubbish".
AND now Propnomicon posts how to do Giant Octopus attacks. http://propnomicon.blogspot.com/2010/01/how-to-make-giant-octopus.html#links
Perhpas, i should cut and paste these images into the past events picture gallery for the game, as a sort of director's cut "deleted scenes" special. One day I'm gonna get me some working tentacles and gonna hire that ship again. _________________ Not so much an NPC plant as I was a walking target for Rich's nasty tommy gun butchery. |

With one nipper and another on the way, I don't think anyone doubts that yours work!
EDIT: Oh, you said tentacles... _________________ "If it bites you - I'm not going to mince my words here - you're fucked!" - Dr. Russell Fell, professor at the Canberra Institute of Zombie Dynamics |

Nathan sent us that before the game as one of the things his drunken character would have been after on the ice.
Perhaps Mark and John who are still alive in Borea might be able to find something similar. _________________ Not so much an NPC plant as I was a walking target for Rich's nasty tommy gun butchery. |

Quite. Why else would they bury it in ice if not to trap the evil dwelling within those bottles?

Someone remarked at the time that it probably wasn't whiskey but pee, they share a hue of orange, and that these were in all likelihood the only containers to hand.
It obvioulsy being too cold to go outside and the need to have it disposed of without going outside - solution.... drink whiskey to keep warm (the fools - but pleasurable), pee into empty bottles, bury it under the hut. _________________ Not so much an NPC plant as I was a walking target for Rich's nasty tommy gun butchery. |

| I note the distilery is hoping to analyse the bottle to re-discover the recipte. If Cardinal's theory is right could have an interesting blend hitting the shelves shortly! |
