You can exchange Sanity Points for extra Skill Tokens to spend on your Skills and Weapons Use. Every 3 Sanity Points deducted can be exchanged for 1 Skill Token. Your starting Sanity Score cannot fall below a minimum of 8 points.
Your character must have a minimum of 4 skills. You have 10 Skill Tokens with which to purchase a skill level for each one. Please refer to the Skill Table below:
